Vendor Information

We’re thrilled to invite you to join our vibrant community of artisans and vendors at the upcoming festival. With a limited number of spaces available, we’re curating a unique and diverse selection of Irish Goods that can’t be replicated elsewhere.

VENDING OPTION AVAILABLE: Weekend Vending Friday and Saturday $100.00. This includes a Vending 2-Day Pass and covers one entry to the festival. All other people must purchase a festival pass. DEADLINE May 31st.

Important Details:

  • Location: Vendors will be set up on/by the Convent Lawn. There is only power for lighting (please bring outdoor string lights). Tables can be provided for your use. You will need a 10×10 tent.
  • Setup: Set-up begins anytime on Thursday before the festival.
  • Fee: Secure your spot for $100 (includes 1 weekend pass to the festival).
  • Deadline: Submit your application by May 31st for consideration.
  • Transportation/Vehicle Reservations: Please note that the festival does not handle vehicle reservations or transportation arrangements to the island. Vendors are responsible for their own travel plans.

Vendor Selection Process: To ensure the highest quality and variety, we’ll be carefully reviewing all applications. Our team will select 5 exceptional vendors whose offerings align with the spirit of the festival. BIIHG will contact you after May 31st to verify vendor acceptance. We reserve the right (in consideration of all vendors) to ask you not to sell an item that another vendor has already approved. We strive to ensure that all our vendors do well.
